Floorcraft - Oiled Floors
All our oiled floors are also easy to maintain and easy to clean, you will need to vacuum or sweep your floor on a regular basis. We recommend you mix soapy wood floor cleaner with hot water at the suggested amount, always use a well wrung mop.

Oiled floors need more TLC as they become dull if not cared for properly, we recommend you buff your floor on a regular basis and to re-oil your floor every 6 months. Oil should be applied by cloth and then polished by hand; your new floor should look slightly wet and have a silky surface. We recommend you dispose of old cloths and keep the oil away from heat (due to spontaneous combustion), and store the oil in a dry cool place. Artisan Flooring Services can supply any oils or finishes you may require.
